DELIVERY

Delivery will be in 2 business days or less depending on your location. Once an order ships, the customer will receive an e-mail & an SMS notification with their order tracking information.

Most orders will be sent via FedEx(IAS Courier Ghana) and all orders require signature confirmation. We do not ship to P.O. Box, locations. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery or are unable to sign for the package, please contact us first and subsequently, your local FedEx office to schedule a delivery or arrange a pickup.

CANCELLATIONS

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS AS OUR FULFILMENT PROCESS BEGINS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED. 

IN THE EVENT AN ITEM BECOMES UNAVAILABLE, WE WILL FULLY REFUND YOUR PURCHASE BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.  THIS MAY INCLUDE SPECIFIC ITEMS WITHIN AN ORDER.  YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL OF ANY ORDERS OR ITEMS WE CANNOT FULFIL AND HAVE REFUNDED.

Returns

We strive to bring you the best service possible and have a 24-hour return policy.

In the event that you want to make a return, The item must be in new condition, unworn, unused, etc. with all the tags attached. 

If even a single tag is removed we cannot accept the return.

Any return request that is received after 24-hours from the original delivery date will be rejected. 

The item must also be returned with all original packaging and tags attached or the return will be rejected. 

If you have used this item, it does not meet the policies for return, and we cannot accept it.

Make sure to double box your shoes so as not to cause any damage to the shoes.

Make sure not to place any tape on the shoebox itself. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For your protection, we suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item. We humbly suggest you use FedEx (IAS Courier Ghana)

Once your return is approved & received, you will be issued a store credit of the amount you paid for the item minus a GH₵35.00 restocking fee.

Refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale or discounted items (coupon codes) cannot be refunded.

However, refunds will only be considered in instances where the item is going to be unavailable in our inventory for more than a week and as such cannot be delivered in less than two weeks. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on incorrect sizes or minimal colour disparities. For any other reason, the value of the product will be kept as a store credit in your sole country account to be used on different purchase.

 All refunds must be refunded to original payment method – No Exceptions
